Identifies clinical indicators of a life-limiting prognosis and disease-specific prognostic indicators. Discusses trajectory of decline within diseases that demonstrate hospice appropriateness and uses case vignettes for asessment of prognosis and documentation specific to decline in function within diseases.

Time: 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
