Sixteen residents with similar needs and cognitive levels reside in each small home. 
  • Parker at Somerset skilled nursing care residence and post-acute rehabilitation in Somerset, NJ - We offer quality long-term care in a comfortable, home-like environment. Our rehabilitation center is open 7 days a week and provides physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy. Our full range of services includes stoke rehabilitation, cardiac care, pulmonary and orthopedic rehabilitation. 
  • Parker at Landing Lane nursing care residence in New Brunswick, NJ - providing long-term care since 1907, we use a team approach to administer exceptional care and services to our 52 residents who enjoy the highest quality of nursing care in a warm, compassionate, home-like environment.
  • Parker at River Road memory care and nursing care residence in Piscataway, NJ - we embrace a pioneering approach to the transformation of long-term care environments into person-directed communities that offer quality care and meaningful activities.
