Aging in place is a top priority for older adults, and injuries in the home are a major reason that people end up in the ER. We will discuss many easy and cost efficient ways to make your home a safer environment and how to avoid falling or incurring injuries. Additionally, resources will be presented to those that need assistance or may need rehab services in the future. Take home material will be available to integrate our suggestions into your everyday life.
