The Parker Star of the Month program honors outstanding employee care partners who demonstrate Parker’s Values. Each month, we recognize individuals who make a meaningful impact through their dedication, compassion, and commitment to living our Values.

Nominations are open to care partners, residents, participants, clients, family members, and guests. You can submit a nomination using a paper card in one of our communities or by completing the electronic form below.

To submit a nomination, please include the name of the care partner you are recognizing, the Parker value(s) they exemplified, and a brief story or example that showcases how they put those values into action.
