Vincent van Gogh arrived in Paris just when many young artists were eager to move beyond Impressionism. In this tour, we’ll look at van Gogh and this new generation of avant-garde artists - Paul Gauguin, Paul Signac, Georges Seurat, and Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec - who wanted to create highly personalized interpretations of reality, push the boundaries of expressionistic color and form, and redefine modern art.
