Great Storms of the Jersey Shore is a dramatic history of major coastal storms that have hit the state, including the 1962 March storm, the Hurricane of 1944 and Superstorm Sandy. Historian Scott Mazella will talk about the mythic nature of these great storms, including personal accounts from storm survivors, and discuss the environmental implications of coastal living.
